Our selection of business events from the month of August represents a mix of the present and the future, of the ideal and the practical. As always, they’re quite varied, covering diverse industries and interests; there’s an oil and gas conference, a data centre roadshow, a real estate event, and an exhibition for women entrepreneurs.

You might find one or more of these events worth a look in.

  1. Nigeria Annual International Conference and Exhibition (NAICE)

This is reputed to be Africa’s largest upstream oil and gas event. It is organized annually by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (Nigeria Council) and attracts the petroleum industry’s top practitioners and stakeholders. This year, as in previous editions, they’ll be converging to discuss the big issues in the sector, debate ideas, and plot a path to the future for the industry.

NAICE will feature technical sessions, panel sessions, luncheons and dinners- a blend to help expand knowledge and business networks.
