This is the first salon in a mall and despite what people think about salons in malls, we have been able to deal with our challenges and now we are reaping our rewards. Mr. Bruno’s attitude is that of one who has found purpose in what he does. When asked about the unusual gracefulness and the air of refined taste the atmosphere of his salon gives to his customers, he says, “It is a delightful thing for me to come to work every morning. Bruno’s place is where we give our customers our best from the hairstyles they choose to the music they listen to. My staff members are happy to work here. I try to inculcate in my staff the culture of relating with our customers well, so that customers can get exactly what they want.”
