Eligibility for the program comes in two phases. First, the technical requirements for engineers with 0–2 years experience include:
- Programming Fundamentals (Python, Java)
- Basic SQL
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux
- Troubleshooting Skills
- Learning Agility

While the technical requirements for engineers with 3-5 years experience include:
- Strong experience in technical support and implementation (fintech or financial services preferred)

- Advanced SQL

- Infrastructure Management
- Advanced Troubleshooting
- Tool and Technology Mastery (ticketing systems, monitoring tools)
