Participants in the Halcyon Climate Resilience & Food Security are expected to bring solutions aimed at tackling climate resilience and food security across Africa, including but not restricted to:
- Climate-smart agriculture and food systems
- WaterTech
- Blue economy
- Renewable energy
- Green building
- Climate data

To be eligible for the program
- You must be a for-profit startup that is building scalable solutions to the challenges of food security and climate resilience.
- The venture must be based in and/or serving in any African country or country.
- Your company’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) must have the potential to scale.
- Teams may apply with one co-founder.
- The applicant must be the CEO and/or hold primary decision-making power.
- You must be fluent in English.
- The applicant must be at least 21 years old by the start of the program.
- The applicant must be committed to participating in all activities and programming sessions.
- Your company must be developing a product and venture that contributes towards one or more of the United Nations’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
