The Growth Hub aims to make the competition a meeting point for creatives, tech minds, businesses, scientific innovators, and researchers. It is part of the organization’s bigger dream to support businesses and economic growth while providing infrastructural support for startups in Africa. Participants of the Growth Accelerator and Grant Competition will be equipped with intensive digital, economic, and financial tools to build their businesses into a cash- and revenue-generating platform.

Requirements for application include
- Candidates must demonstrate that their business plan is viable and has the potential to grow and make a meaningful impact.
- Applicants will meet registration requirements such as business registration, bank registration, and other program-specific guidelines.
- Applicants should demonstrate a viable business plan and show potential for growth and impact to qualify for the grant.

Some of the benefits include
- At least 1,000 businesses will gain access to SME-friendly financial packages through The Growth Hub’s finance partners.
- 10 businesses will be selected for business grants and an acceleration program.
- 2,000 businesses will gain access to digital and technological tools.
- Access to business learning tools and assistance in business registration for at least 2,000 enterprises.
- The top 200 investment-ready and qualified businesses will gain exclusive access to external investments.
- A cash grant of ₦ 125,000 to ₦2 million for 10 winners.
- The top 200 participants will gain access to pitch investors.
- Training and support are worth 2 million naira for the top 200 participants.
- Successful participants will get gadgets and souvenirs.
