Sole proprietors selected for the program will learn how to price their services or products, hire employees, gain an understanding of their finances, and more. Business owners whose vision aligns with supporting Black female entrepreneurs with appropriate tools and education to succeed and create jobs, economic growth, and opportunities can apply for the program. The curriculum for the program was developed in partnership with the New York University Stern School of Business and covers the following areas:
- Module 1: Mastering the Art of Customer Attraction
- Module 2: Keys to Effective Marketing
- Module 3: Optimizing Your Operations for Growth
- Module 4: Managing Your Financial Statements
- Module 5: Planning & Projection
- Module 6: Positioning for Growth

Some of the benefits of the program include
- Participants will gain a 10-week online business education program (free and specific to business needs).
- Fellows will gain an in-person learning opportunity at Goldman Sachs headquarters in NYC (all expenses paid).
- The program is a unique network for Black women entrepreneurs.
- Participants will be exposed to strategic advisors to guide their path to growth.

To be eligible for the program
- The applying business should be a sole proprietorship (no other full-time employees). Black women in sole proprietorships are strongly encouraged to apply.
- The applying business must have generated a minimum of $25,000 in revenue for the past 12 months.
- The business must be generating revenue.
- The business must have been operational for at least one year.
