Responsibilities

Persons accepted into the First Bank Sales Academy Program will be given the following responsibilities:
  • Procure high-quality assets and maintain effective portfolio oversight to promptly identify potential defaults.
  • Cultivate and enhance relationships with both current and potential clients.
  • Acquire new accounts and revitalize dormant connections.
  • Promote the bank’s products to fulfil customer requirements.
  • Spearhead the creation of products tailored to customer needs.
  • Ensure efficient servicing and upkeep of existing clientele.
  • Maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inactive or dormant accounts.
  • Fulfil any other duties as directed by the Business Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet these criteria:
  • Age limit of 30 years by June 30, 2024.
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing within a microfinance bank or other Financial Institutions.
  • Possession of a reputable first degree or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution, with at least a Second Class (Lower Division) or an Upper Credit in HND, irrespective of discipline.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards and integrity.
