  As part of the Building Resources Across Communities (BRAC) “commitment to develop the next generation of leaders in the development sector,” it is inviting applications for its BRIDGE Internship Program.

The six-month BRIDGE Internship Program, a paid internship, is designed to bridge the gap between young talents and opportunities to help them build a better world. Interns will be part of several projects that will take them across Bangladesh and allow them to be exposed to and learn from diverse teams working to address some of the social challenges confronting the globe.

The responsibilities of interns include

  • Engaging in daily operations of assigned projects.
  • Collaborating with various departments, programs, and field offices.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Build a research-oriented mindset towards solving problems.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and concepts while carrying out projects.
  • Supporting the team in coordinating events, meetings, and field operations.

To be eligible

  • The applicant should have graduated from a reputable university in any discipline.
  • The applicant should hold a bachelor’s degree or be in at least their last semester.
  • Exposure to extracurricular activities.
