The Boost Your Business Workshop is designed to engage and empower youth and women-led micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with relevant tools and skills to “scale, thrive, and drive sustainable business growth” in a competitive market. Participants in the Boost Your Business Workshop gain practical training and mentorship in very relevant modules such as:
  • Sales Strategies for Business Growth
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting for Small Businesses
  • Cash Flow Management: Keeping Your Business Afloat
  • Leveraging Digital Marketing to Expand Your Reach
  • Staffing and Team Management for MSMEs
  • Understanding business Compliance and Legal Requirements
  • Adopting Innovation and Technology for Business Success

The eligibility criteria include

  • The program is open to only women and youth-led MSMEs.
  • It is open to unemployed and underemployed youth between the ages of 20 and 35.
  • The applicant must demonstrate passion towards scaling and growing their business.
  • The applicant must have internet access and be available to attend the virtual edition of the program.
