Role Description:
- Graduate trainees are charged with the responsibility of advising clients on investment portfolios and also crafting personalized investment strategies and long-term relationships aimed at helping clients reach their financial goals.
- Trainees at the Cardinal Stone Graduate Trainee Programme will sell the company’s products and equally proffer alternative investments and products as part of efforts to increase assets under management (AUM) while also pushing the customer acquisition objective of the brand.
- Graduate trainees are also responsible for managing and nurturing existing relationships with clients in order to facilitate repeat business and retention of clients through end-to-end financial services.
- Trainees will grow “new-to-firm” business by actively prospecting existing and new client relationships.
- Graduate trainees will follow market trends and stock movements to suggest alternative business strategies and also address changing market opportunities.

To be considered eligible for the program:
- The applicant must have 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing/sales position.
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class honours (upper division).
- Holding a master’s degree is an advantage.
- The applicant must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- The applicant must not be older than 26 during their next birthday.
