Applicants are expected to possess a design-thinking mindset, a can-do spirit, and a willingness to learn and apply themselves. While prior qualifications besides a Bachelor’s degree aren’t necessary, some form of certification in accounting/finance or a related discipline will confer an added advantage.

Eligibility
The Chapel Hill Denham Management Development Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours (Upper Division)
- Between 0 and 3 years of work experience
- Preference will be shown for persons with professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA, ACA, or CIS
- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills
