1. Yankari Games Reserve, Bauchi State: Nigeria’s biggest and most popular national park is home to 50 animal species, several warm springs and a diverse range of flora. Visit the reserve to see the African bush elephant, various monkey species, lions and antelopes in their natural habitats.
2. Okomu National Park, Edo State: Rich forestry, colourful species of birds, mammals like chimpanzees and a beautiful flowing river are some of the natural features to look forward to in the wildlife park.
3. Lekki Conservation Centre, Lagos State: With a mosaic of forest, savanna and swamp land to behold, nature lovers are in for a treat in this natural space. Its tree house and recreation island with picnic facilities are also highlights worth checking out.
