Turf Season, a football reality TV show, will begin selecting young Nigerian talents from across the country for its show in February 2017.
The program’s organizers say they are hunting for the best football talents Nigeria has to offer. They’ll be given the chance to showcase the skills they possess , and slug it out for the ultimate prize of a football contract in Europe. Turf Season promises to be a contest of skills, driven by grit and determination, and a fun affair for players and viewers from across Africa.
The camp sessions will take place in six cities across the nation’s geo-political zones. Each camp day will have a screening contest in which 5 young talents will battle for a place among the 15 finalists who will appear at the Turf Season TV Academy project. That show will be broadcast on the network service of the National Television Authority (NTA).
Turf Season’s camp dates and venues are as follows:
Kaduna: February 8, 2017
Abuja: February 10, 2017
Enugu: February 13, 2017
Port Harcourt: February 15, 2017
Warri: February 17, 2017
Lagos: February 20, 2017
Registration fee for the camp is ₦5,000. This amount covers the cost of kits, medicals, refreshments and certificate of attendance. If you want to have a shot at the contest, click here to register. You have until January 15 to complete your registration and choose a camp venue.
