Wema Bank is inviting creative problem solvers with a tech-driven idea or product to enter the Hackaholics Hackathon. It says that this competition will give young entrepreneurs the chance to showcase their innovative solutions to the public. Winners will receive prize monies of up to ₦3 million.

This year’s edition of Hackaholics is the fourth edition, and is tagged ‘Re-Imagined.’ According to its organizers (ALAT by Wema), it will receive applications from persons who are building or have developed tech-enabled solutions that address challenges around insurance, education, climate, civic life, government, health, gender-based violence, financial inclusion, financial technology and entertainment.

Eligibility
This competition is open to students, young entrepreneurs, and professionals. Programming skills aren’t required, and neither is a degree in computer science.
