Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet the following criteria:

  • Should have experience with an airline or at least 3 years of post-MBA experience
  • Be able to work in any region to which they may be assigned
  • Have at least a basic knowledge of accounting and finance
  • Possess demonstrable entrepreneurial and leadership skills
