Stanbic IBTC has designed its Graduate Trainee Program to develop the skills and professional capacities of persons who want to kick-start a career in the financial services industry. Eligibility

Applicants should meet these criteria:
  • Must have graduated with a Second Class Upper degree from an accredited institution
  • Must have scored at least five credits (including Mathematics and English) in SSCE, NECO, or GCE
  • Completed the NYSC program and have a discharge certificate as proof
  • State their Date of Birth, Gender, and Class of Degree
  • Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
