The Stanbic IBTC Blue Internship Program is aimed at undergraduates who are determined and passionate about their career growth.

To be eligible for the program:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 5 credits (including mathematics and English language) in NECO, WAEC, GCE, or its equivalent.
- Applicants must have completed at least one year of undergraduate studies.
- Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 or the equivalent of a 2:1.
- Applicants must be innovative and creative.
