  Applications are currently open for the Reckitt Benckiser Group Sub-Saharan Africa Management Trainee Program. Reckitt Benckiser says it’s inviting persons who want to take up management roles within its establishment to indicate their interest in doing so. If they are selected, they will be put through a 1-year training program, which will prepare them for such positions.

As part of the training, participants will get the chance to work on real-world projects, while being supervised by some of Reckitt Benckiser’s top staff. The company refers to these supervisors as some of the leading figures in its industry. It also says that the program is structured in a manner that will “bring the very best out of you” (trainees).
