It is looking to receive applications from smart individuals who want to build a successful career in the banking industry. The program will give them the chance to acquire the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their future professional roles.

According to Providus Bank, its graduate trainee program has served it well as a means of recruiting bright young talents who have gone on to make a positive impact within the organization. The bank says that this year’s edition of the program will also provide participants with a chance to be employed as its full-time staff if they show the aptitude for it.

Eligibility

This program is open to people who meet these conditions:
  • They must be graduates who are willing to begin a career in sales
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant fields, within at least the Second Class Upper division
  • Should be 26 years old or lower
  • Must have completed the NYSC program
