  The NNPC/SEPLAT Joint Venture National Undergraduate Scholarship is now open to applications from students in Federal and State universities in Nigeria. This NNPC/SEPLAT scholarship goes public every year, and supports students with excellent academic performance by awarding them study scholarships. If you are a student at a public university, here’s your chance to have your tuition costs taken care of for free.

According to SEPLAT, the NNPC/SEPLAT scholarship scheme is a CSR project and a demonstration of its commitment to promoting human capacity building. It hopes that the program will power the emergence of intellectually sound and technically competent talent who can fill critical roles across various professions and industries.

Degree Programs Covered by the Scholarship

Students studying any of these disciplines can apply for a scholarship: Accountancy, Agriculture, Architecture, Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science, Economics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Environmental Studies, Geology, Geophysics, Law, Mass Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Medicine, Metallurgical Engineering, Ophthalmology/Optometry, and Petroleum Engineering.

Benefits

Persons who qualify for a scholarship will have their tuition fees covered by grants from SEPLAT.

Eligibility

This scholarship opportunity is open to persons who meet the following criteria:
  • Be a student of a Federal or State university, in the second year of study or above
  • Obtained at least 5 O’ Level Credit passes (including English and Mathematics) in one sitting
  • Have a CGPA of 3.5 and above
