  MTN is inviting young graduates from across Nigeria to apply for a place in its global graduate development program for the year 2024. The MTN Global Graduate Development Program is designed to discover, train, and place top graduates in roles within the telecoms giant. It runs as a combination of formal development at the MTN Academy, and on-the-job experience through full employment.

Participants will be engaged on multiple digital media channels, and be deployed at MTN’s operating companies, where they will learn through job rotations. Their experience will include practical assignments, committees, coaching, and mentorship by MTN’s executives. The program will prepare them for a successful career at Africa’s biggest telecom organization.

Eligibility

This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:
  • Must have graduated with a CGPA within at least the Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or HND Upper Credit, not earlier than 2021
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2023 with a valid certificate
  • Be fluent in the English language
  • Have a valid international passport
