Junior Achievement Nigeria (JAN) is organizing its annual Venture in Management Program (ViMP) for 2023. It is therefore calling on young Nigerians, specifically members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) to apply for a place in the program. Junior Achievement Nigeria says that this initiative will prepare corps members to succeed as managers and entrepreneurs.

The program, which will last for a week, will consist of classroom meetings, study groups, panel sessions, case studies, and guest speaker addresses. It will be rounded up with a strategy workshop, in which participants will present solutions to various business problems.

Persons who take part in this program will benefit from it in the following ways:
- Learn accounting and financial management principles
- Acquire and sharpen leadership and entrepreneurship skills
- Gain an understanding of business ethics
- Gain a good knowledge of marketing strategy
- Deepen their grasp of the subjects they have learnt by teaching JAN programs to schools

Eligibility
ViMP is open to persons who meet these criteria:
- Must currently be serving as a Youth Corps member, or must have recently finished from the NYSC
- Should have a degree in at least the Second Class Upper (2:1) division
- Must not be older than 27 at the time they apply

- Should be interested in general management and have a track record of leadership
