Deloitte and Touche, Nigeria’s oldest corporate accountancy firm, is set to hold the 2020 edition of the Deloitte in Dialogue Nigeria Economic Outlook event.
The annual conference is organized by Deloitte to provide players in various industries with insights into the country’s economic direction for the year and enable them to position for growth in the period.

Past editions have featured presentations from public policy chiefs and heads of government ministries, departments, and agencies, as well as panel discussions involving leading executives from major sectors of the Nigerian economy.
In this year’s event, public sector administrators will be engaging the private sector on monetary policy, fiscal policy, and initiatives that are likely to shape business in 2020.
The lead speakers and guests of honour will include Mr. Babajide Sanwo Olu, the Executive Governor of Lagos State; Hajia Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed, Minister of Finance, Budget and National Planning; and Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi, Minister of Transport.
There will also be a series of panel sessions featuring notable captains of industry. These sessions will be discussing regulatory policies, revenue growth initiatives, taxation, finance, and the Nigerian business environment.

The panelists include Juliet Anammah, CEO, Jumia Nigeria; Dinesh Rathi, MD and CEO of the Lagos Free Trade Zone; Bolaji Balogun, CEO, Chapel Hill Denham; Fatai Folarin, Africa Chief Executive Officer, Deloitte; Eme Essien, Country Manager, International Finance Corporation; and Uche Orji, CEO, Nigerian Sovereign Investment Authority.
