Super Eagles home shirt at the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup has been nominated by the BBC among the all-time iconic 20 football shirts. Nigeria took the fashion world by storm ahead of the 2018 World Cup after the release of the Eagles jersey. Football fans and fashion enthusiasts queued for hours outside Nike’s flagship store in London to get their hands on the Eagles outfit which had three million pre-orders of the replica jersey.

The jersey witnessed massive sale globally after it was released while the world waited to see the Eagles wear it in Russia. Indomitable Lions of Cameroon’s 2002 sleeveless attire which was later banned by FIFA also made the list of jerseys that have thrilled soccer fans and fashion minds around the globe.
