She Leads Africa High Growth Coaching Program is a 3-month digital program that will train its participants in the business building, operational and growth management skills they need to guarantee their business’s success. The range of benefits—including communal and technical aid –will make it possible for female-owned enterprises to overcome the unique obstacles they face and take their enterprises further up the growth ladder.

Benefits

Entrepreneurs who are selected to take part in this program will benefit from it in the following ways:

  • Access to a community of forward-looking, innovative and high-achieving founders
  • Consultations with a personal business coach, which will happen twice a month
  • Virtual support group meetings, slated to happen monthly
  • Assessments to help participants track their progress through the learning process
  • Preparing the path to access funding opportunities

Eligibility

SLA seeks applications from females who own and runs ventures that meet one of these two criteria:
Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
  • They want to be in a position to receive funding from the program or other investors. Organizations in this category should submit a pitch deck when applying.
  • They want to rapidly scale their business in 6 months. Organizations in this category should submit a growth strategy plan when applying.
