Added too much salt in your cooking and not sure what to do to remedy the situation?
Here are a few tips to reduce the salt:
1. Add Potato:
Peel an Irish potato, cut in two and put in the pot. Remove after cooking, before you serve the food.
2. Add Brown sugar or vinegar:
Add a little of either of these to help balance the saltiness.
3. Repeat the Recipe:
You can always cook another batch but not add salt this time around. Mix the two cookings and your salt problem is solved.
