Nigerian Agip Exploration (NAE) Limited, in partnership with the NNPC/NAE PSC, prioritizes the training and development of human resources as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

In line with this commitment, Nigerian Agip Exploration invites applications from suitably qualified Nigerian graduates for the 2024/2025 Postgraduate Scholarship Award Scheme. This award is available in two categories:

  1. Overseas: Designed for study at a reputable international university.
  2. Local: Intended for study at a recognized Nigerian university.

Requirements for NAE Postgraduate Scholarship

To be eligible for the 2024/2025 NAE Post Graduate Scholarship Award scheme, applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Nigerian university.
  • Have secured admission into a Nigerian or overseas university (depending on the category applied for) for a one-year Master’s Degree programme in any of the listed disciplines.
  • Be below 28 years of age by December 31st, 2024.
  • Have completed the one-year National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
  • Possess an international passport valid for at least one year from September 2024 (applicable to overseas category).

Application Documents

Before commencing the application process, candidates should have the following documents scanned and ready:

  • Passport photograph (450 × 450 pixels) with a white background, not older than 6 months.
  • Provisional admission letter for post-graduate studies for the 2024/2025 session from a reputable university (local or overseas). This admission letter must correspond to the course stated on the candidate’s application.
  • First Degree Certificate
  • NYSC Discharge Certificate
  • Valid ID card (Driver’s license, Voter’s card, National Identity card)
  • Valid International Passport Data Page for the Overseas category only (valid for at least one year from September 2024)
  • Birth Certificate from the Local government
  • NAE Compliance Declaration Form
