4. CAF Player of the Year – Victor Osimhen

Breaking a 24-year hiatus since Kanu Nwankwo, Victor Osimhen, the talented striker for Super Eagles and Napoli, secured the prestigious CAF Player of the Year award for 2023. Osimhen’s stellar contributions brought immense joy to Naples, playing a pivotal role in securing the Serie A title after a 33-year hiatus.
