1. 1 cup of unsweetened flaked coconut
2. 1⁄4 cup of caster sugar or 1⁄4 cup superfine sugar
3. 3 egg yolks

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Mix the coconut, sugar and egg yolks till a stiff dough is formed. Squeeze into 1 inch balls, and roll each ball in flour to coat. 3.
