Award-winning actress, Kate Henshaw, has been named alongside 49 other renowned international experts, who along with American judges, Drew Barrymore, RuPaul Charles, and Faith Hill, will help decide who gets to wear the coveted crown in the new CBS Global competition series ‘The World’s Best.’
All 50 experts were carefully selected from every field of entertainment across 38 countries around the globe to make up the show’s ‘wall of the world.’
The series is a first-of-its-kind global talent show that will attract riveting acts from every continent of the world, competing for the $1 million prize money and the title of ‘The World’s Best.’
Each act must be good enough to not only get the approval of the judges but also break through the ‘wall of the world.’
This global talent show is produced by Mike Darnell, Mark Burnett, Ben Winston, and Emmy Award winner, James Corden, who will also play the role of the show’s host.
In a rather brilliant orchestration of events, the show will premiere immediately following the Super Bowl LIII on Sunday, February 3, on CBS. The second episode will air on Wednesday, February 6, (2:00 – 4:00 AM GMT+1), on the CBS Television Network.
‘The World’s Best’ is produced by Warner Horizon Unscripted & Alternative Television, MGM Television, and Fulwell 73 Productions. The show’s executive producers are Darnell, Burnett, Corden, Winston, Brooke Karzen, Dan Sacks, Alison Holloway, James Breen and Barry Poznick.
