Job fairs are a great way for job seekers to explore potential employment opportunities and learn more about companies who are actively hiring in their neighborhood. t is advisable for job seekers to take the time to attend a job fair or two when seeking employment. Job fairs are especially important in this difficult job market where employers are looking for quality and according to HR managers, some applicants are just simply unemployable. Even though job fairs are typically crowded and busy, you may be able to meet your next employer. Job fairs are usually FREE for candidates to attend. The setting normally includes company tables or booths where CVs can be collected and business cards exchanged. There has been a huge buzz around job fairs lately in Nigeria.
