Pineapple bread is one of a million ways to enjoy the super fruit that is pineapple. Pineapple is packed with good fibre to help digestion, vitamin C to boost that immune system, and one cup of diced pineapple contains 77 calories. Fun fact: The pineapple got its name in English because of its resemblance to a pinecone, but in many European countries, it’s called a derivative of annas, which comes from the Paraguayan word nanameaning “exquisite fruit.” The Pineapple bread is moist and very delicious, and can serve as a breakfast meal,  when matched together with coffee,  or it can just serve as a treat.  Either way, it is something you and your family will definitely love.
