Vegetables are very healthy and should be incorporated into our everyday meal. This baked assortment of vegetables with milk and a drip of cheesy sauce is a wholesome meal.

 How to Prepare

  1. Chop your vegetables and mix together. Then briskly run them under hot water.
  2. Prepare the white sauce by mixing milk, maida and butter together. Stir to avoid lumps.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter, then add onions and stir-fry till they look glossy.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry over high heat till they look like they are coated with the butter.
  5. Take it off the heat and mix in the salt, pepper and white sauce.
  6. Transfer mixture into an oven pan.
  7. Sprinkle the cheese till it covers the mixture.
  8. Garnish with the tomato slices and bake in a pre-heated oven for half an hour, till cheese is slightly brown.
  9. Serve
