Growth4Her is looking to bridge the gender financing gap in Africa. Through this program, it will help businesses in West and Central Africa owned and run by women to achieve this. The program consists of a 1-week intensive boot camp and 8 weeks of mentorship.

Eligibility
The Growth4Her Accelerator is open to businesses that meet these criteria:- At least 51% owned by a woman/women, or at least 20% owned by a woman/women, with a woman serving as a CEO or COO (President or Vice President)
- Where a board of directors exists, at least 30% of them should be women
- The business should have between 5 and 300 employees
- Sales of between $35,000 and $15 million
- Assets of between $100,000 and $15 million
- Represented by a C-level executive at the organization
