Connecting with co-workers just got a lot simpler with this new innovation. Introducing Lookup, a new LinkedIn application that helps professionals find and send messages to co-workers, and also learn more about their backgrounds. In April, LinkedIn carried out intensive research into the primary uses of LinkedIn. According to its findings, 30% of users view at least one co-worker’s profile a month, leading to the invention of this innovative app to make life simpler. The importance of Lookup cannot be overemphasized with it serving as an innovative alternative to company intranet systems, and an up-to-date employee directory for businesses. The latter is due to basic LinkedIn profile information, along with cell phone numbers, company email address, title, division and skills being featured on the platform. Simply download the Lookup application and sign in with your company e-mail address. Once you sign in, all co-workers with LinkedIn profiles will be displayed, even if they haven’t downloaded Lookup.
