Drugfield Pharmaceuticals falls into the former category. It’s been around for a while and has built a reputation for itself as a major pharmaceutical products maker. Their output includes a wide range of medicines: antivirals, analgesics, antibiotics, expectorants, antimalarial, and anti-inflammatory drugs, among others. The company was founded in 1991, a time in which the local pharmaceutical industry was almost totally dominated by foreign products. Through the years, it has steadily expanded its offerings and production capacity and gained the trust of a large segment of the public. Its success has paved the way for other pharmaceutical companies to venture into the industry. Drugfield boasts a well-equipped manufacturing facility located at Sango-Ota, Ogun State. This means that it’s within reach of major cities in neighbouring states, including Lagos.
