The program is designed for bright Nigerian graduates who want to build a career in sales within banking and finance.  Candidates selected to take part in this program will work with teams within WEMA Bank and learn to acquire and maintain working relationships with clients – a skill that they will need as salespeople.

Eligibility

Applicants are expected to meet the following conditions: 
  • Have a First Class or Second Class Upper Degree from a recognized University.
  • At most 18 months of work experience post after undergoing the NYSC program.
  • Not older than 26 as of the time of application.
  • At least 5 O’ Level credits (including English and Mathematics) at one sitting.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, oral and written communication skills.
  • A Masters Degree and/or relevant professional certification will confer an added advantage.
