This Visa Africa Accelerator Program is specifically seeking applications from startups involved in the digitization of payment flows, embedded finance, enabling payment infrastructure, driving sustainable and inclusive finance, and shaping the future of finance. Solutions eligible for consideration range from cross-border remittance support providers, to open banking solutions.

Eligibility

This program is open to startups that meet the following criteria:
  • Must be anywhere between seed and Series A
  • Should have at least a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
  • The product must be market-tested and have traction
  • Operating in Africa or being committed to expanding to the continent
