Schneider Electric is a European multinational corporation with a global presence. With a history spanning well over a century, it has evolved through several iterations into a giant in energy management and automation. It presently serves entities in more than a hundred countries, including Nigeria.

Persons recruited through the Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program will be rotated across the organization and take up various roles throughout the program. They will engage local and global teams, be mentored by experienced professionals, and be involved in several projects.

Eligibility

The Schneider Electric Graduate Trainee Program is open to persons who meet these criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM program (Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering)
  • Must have graduated between September and December 2024
  • Currently enrolled on an NYSC program or awaiting registration
  • Provide proof of completion of academic coursework and expected CGPA at graduation
  • Graduated with a degree in the Second Class Upper Division (2:1)
  • Be able to work in the Schneider Electric office in Lagos
