This program will last for nine months and will prepare enrollees for roles within the Sahara Group. It will be a mix of theoretical learning and experience on the job. Persons who take part in it will receive coaching and mentorship, be rotated across roles and departments, and, in the process, gain the skills they need to thrive in a career in the energy industry.

Eligibility
Persons who want to apply for a place in this program should meet the following criteria:Register to attend the CN Business Mixer
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (minimum of a Second Class Upper) in any discipline
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Should not be older than 25 years at the time of their application
- A Master’s degree from a recognized institution, professional qualification, and the ability to speak French will all confer an added advantage
