The NITDA (National Information Technology Development Agency) Digital Literacy for All (DL4All) Program is an initiative that empowers Nigerians with the skills they need to thrive in the contemporary world, with all of its interconnectedness.
Read more about Opportunities This program is a collaboration between NITDA and the Federal Ministry of Education. It is part of a broader effort to ensure that every Nigerian who is trained in the country’s education system graduates with 21st century digital skills. So it spans the whole length of the system, from primary to tertiary level.

Training Areas

The DL4All Program will provide training in these aspects of digital literacy:
  • Information and data literacy
  • Identification and resolution of technical problems
  • Digital content creation
  • Online communication and collaboration skills
  • Device and software operation
  • Internet safety

Persons who take part in this program will benefit from it in the following ways:
  • Undergo digital literacy training and gain a decent grasp of digital technology and its applications
  • Receive valid digital literacy certification, which will enable them secure jobs in the formal sector
  • Access training from any of the 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria

Eligibility

This program is open to every citizen of Nigeria, whether they are children, youth, older adults, and the elderly. Basic familiarity with mobile devices will be helpful but is not required. Apply HERE.
