Eligibility

The GT Bank Management Trainee Program suits people who meet these criteria:
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper Division, 2:1) in the Social Sciences, Management Science, Information Science, and related fields
  • Must have graduated not later than 2023
  • Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Be tech savvy and have a data-driven approach to solving problems
