Eligibility
The GT Bank Management Trainee Program suits people who meet these criteria:
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper Division, 2:1) in the Social Sciences, Management Science, Information Science, and related fields
- Must have graduated not later than 2023
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
- Possess strong communication skills
- Be tech savvy and have a data-driven approach to solving problems
