The Growth4Her Investor Readiness Accelerator will provide women with the tools to build growth-stage businesses that attract funding. The latest edition of the program is its fourth cohort and will last for 6 months.

Persons who are selected to take part in this program will benefit from it in the following ways:
  • Access knowledge to help them grow their businesses
  • Make their businesses attractive to investors
  • Prepare their SMEs for funding from various sources
  • Connect with and learn from other women-led businesses

Eligibility

The Growth4Her Investor Readiness Accelerator Program is open to businesses that meet these criteria:
  • At least 51% owned by a woman, or at least 20% owned by a woman and has a woman as a CEO or COO (President/Vice President)
  • Have at least 30% of the board composed of women
  • Between 5 and 300 employees
  • Annual sales of between $35,000 and $15 million
  • Assets valued at between $100,000 and $15 million
  • Applicant must be a C-Level executive in their organization
  • Able to dedicate a week to an intense virtual or physical boot camp
  • Willing to dedicate 3 hours to mentorship sessions for 8 weeks
