The Egbin Power Graduate Engineering Trainee Program will involve training from the National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) as well as visits to other industry stakeholders and power-generating institutions. Young engineers selected for the program will benefit from technical capacity development, as they will learn and participate in the technical operations of each department of the Egbin Power plant.

Eligibility
Applicants will need to possess the following to be considered for the program:- An Engineering Degree (B.Eng or B.Tech), Second Class Upper Division
- Must be at most 27 years by December 2021
- Must have completed the NYSC program as of March 2021 and must have a valid certificate
- At most two years of work experience post-NYSC
Additional Requirements
Besides the eligibility requirements for this program, applicants are also expected to have strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
