The organizers of the CyberGirls Fellowship Program say that they’ve designed it to equip participants with the necessary skills in cybersecurity to make them ready to gain crucial, industry-recognized certifications. Besides gaining capabilities in this area, they could also get paid internships and opportunities to learn by shadowing professionals. This is the third edition of the program. It is open to participants from Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Zambia, and Rwanda. The fellowship will last for one year.

  • Receive hands-on training in cybersecurity
  • Get mentored by experienced experts

Eligibility

Applicants should meet these criteria:
  • Must be a girl or woman aged between 18 and 28 years
  • Should be a citizen of Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Egypt, Zambia, Rwanda or South Africa
  • Must be willing to take part in the program for 7 months
  • Should be interested in beginning a career in cybersecurity
