The world has moved from only applying scientific solutions to the issue of climate change to more creative solutions to make people proactive by making changes in their daily lives to the threat of climate change. The competition serves as a platform to encourage innovative and creative solutions to solve issues related to climate change. Apart from awarding prizes, the “Art on Climate” competition, which is themed “Climate Change,” will showcase selected artworks in a virtual exhibition that will boost their visibility and create a wider audience for them.

- You must be 18 years of age or older and from any part of the globe.

The specifications for artwork are:
- Entries must be original and related to the theme of the competition.
- Each participant can only submit a maximum of three artworks.
- Submitted artworks must not have been previously used.
- No symbols, words, signatures, or pictures that identify the participant should be placed on submitted artworks.
- Submitted artworks must be in a flat image format and created in colour.
- Artworks created through any medium, except AI, are accepted. Photographs and clip art are prohibited.
- Entries should be in A3 size (297mm x 420mm) in horizontal or vertical format.
- Submissions must be uploaded in JPG format with a resolution of not less than 300 dpi. The total size of each entry must not exceed 10 MB.
- Artworks should be accompanied by a short description of 30 words minimum and 100 words maximum.
Prizes to be won include:
- Champion: an e-certificate and a prize of €2,000
- 1st runner-up: an e-certificate and a prize of €1,500
- 2nd runner-up: e-certificate and prize of €1,000
- Merit: e-certificate and prize of €150
- The champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up, and merit winners will receive a customized award certificate by email.
- Artworks that emerge as winners and other selected works will be put on display in a virtual exhibition.
- 53 winning artworks will be selected based on the 100-point scale used by judges for rating.
- The top three artworks based on the highest number of points will be ranked as Champion, 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up respectively, while the other 50 selected winning artworks will be ranked as Merit.
