  The African Union MSME Forum has launched its inaugural cohort fellowship program (Enterprise African Network Fellowship) to empower small businesses with access to funding opportunities, market opportunities, and mentorship.

The fellowship has three main objectives:

  • To enhance the capacity of MSMEs through training programs.
  • To create a platform for policymakers and the private sector to connect, interact, and share knowledge and experience. This will also bridge the financial gap for MSMEs and startups in Africa.
  • The Enterprise African Network Fellowship also aims to facilitate collaboration between the private and public sectors at the regional and continental levels.

To be eligible for the program:

  • You must be a registered MSME operating in Africa for at least 2 years.
  • Your business must be active in one of these sectors:
  • Minerals
  • Creatives
  • Agriculture
  • Manufacturing
  • ICT
  • You must have demonstrated the potential for growth and job creation.
