The fellowship has three main objectives:
- To enhance the capacity of MSMEs through training programs.
- To create a platform for policymakers and the private sector to connect, interact, and share knowledge and experience. This will also bridge the financial gap for MSMEs and startups in Africa.
- The Enterprise African Network Fellowship also aims to facilitate collaboration between the private and public sectors at the regional and continental levels.

To be eligible for the program:
- You must be a registered MSME operating in Africa for at least 2 years.
- Your business must be active in one of these sectors:
- Minerals
- Creatives
- Agriculture
- Manufacturing
- ICT
- You must have demonstrated the potential for growth and job creation.
