  Access Bank has launched its Youthrive program to empower individuals and MSMEs through business exchange, financial empowerment, and capacity development. The Youthrive program aims to financially empower over 4 million youths within the next four years.

Empowering youths with practical skills that are essential for entrepreneurship and employment opportunities. The capacity development aspect of the program aims to empower at least 300,000 MSMEs in Nigeria through a hybrid delivery model. The expansive curriculum of the Access Bank Youthrive program is hinged on:

  • Innovation Promotion
  • Industry Exposure
  • Creative Learning
  • Career Readiness

  • At least 1,000 individuals will be empowered with life-changing recruitment opportunities.
