The THRIVE Academy Pre-Accelerator will help participants de-risk and validate their ideas and prepare them to raise capital. It will also aid their go-to-market efforts and commercial viability. Ultimately, the program will enable startups to become scalable companies.

Eligibility

The THRIVE Academy pre-accelerator is open to candidates that meet these criteria:
  • Pre-seed to early-stage agrifood tech companies
  • University teams or researchers that want to commercialize their solution
  • Early-stage innovators in agri-food tech
  • Developers of farm technologies (sensors, labour, crop or livestock monitoring, etc.)
  • Carbon capture, commodity markets, packaging, and other agriculture-related technologies
