The LEAP Youth Leadership Development Program consists of 22 modules which will cover the three pillars of the program: Leadership, Active Citizenship, and Sustainable Development. Participants will learn skills that will make them advocates for better communities and a better Nigeria, and enable them to influence policy-making in the country for improved outcomes for its citizens.

- Get resources that will enable them to improve their change leadership skills
- Join teams which will pitch proposals for community projects and potentially receive funding for those projects
- Sharpen their persuasive communication skills through leadership debates
- Attend a Youth Leadership Conference in which participants will be rewarded for their work

Eligibility
This program is open to persons who meet these criteria:- Should be between 18 and 30 years old
- Must be a student of a tertiary or vocational institution in Nigeria
- Must be passionate about effecting change in communities through activism and community development projects
- Should be willing to attend online training and debates

Applications will remain open until February 10, 2023. Participants are expected to complete the learning modules within 5 weeks. The program will run for five months and will end with a Youth Leadership Conference featuring a National Debate Finale and Awards Ceremony.
